The hotel was brand new, very clean, and quiet, situated above a bustling street with easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms, although small, lacked some expected amenities for a four-star hotel, such as a mini-bar and complimentary toiletries kit.

While sometimes style is prioritized over substance, the rooms offer a stylish fold-away desk, a comfy bed, good lighting, and a great shower pressure. The service is commendable, with a helpful and friendly staff that doesn't push but maintains a high standard. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Lille, close to metro stations and offering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Dining at the hotel provides plenty of choices and delicious options, though at times refills might lag. The facilities are well-equipped, and the setting is comfortable with free snacks and drinks available.
